Fresh & Bright started because we'd seen how recruitment was done — and thought it could be better. Too many agencies treat people like numbers. CVs in, invoices out, move on.

We wanted to build something different. An agency where the people doing the hiring actually know the people they're placing. Where a client gets a real conversation, not a sales pitch. Where a candidate gets honest advice, not empty promises.
